PAS Trading house falls under the conglomerate of a group of companies created and promoted by Mr. Sunil Khanna, Mrs. Alka Khanna & Mr. Puranjay Khanna. The conglomerate is known as M/s.Puranjay House.
M/s. Puranjay House is a twenty year old company which started with interest in Publishing and Packaging grades of paper, being sourced from all over the world and selling in the Indian Market.
However, over the period of time it developed a keen interest in Real Estate investments and has become actively involved in the same.
M/s. Sunil Associates is a twenty year old company which deals exclusively in real estate investments, yielding good result in having created a respectable asset base in Real Estate all over Mumbai.

Mr Sunil Khanna
Mr Sunil Khanna is the partner and promoter of PAS Trading House, Puranjay House & Sunil Associates. He has a remarkable track record of being able to start with the least of resources and build up his companies to international standards. He has very vast knowledge of the domestic as well as international paper markets and is very well known in the paper circles. He has been bestowed the honor of being the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia in India since 1999He has earned a reputation of being an honest, sincere and a hard workingman of highest integrity; endeavoring constantly to scale newer heights in both business as well as personal reputation. Under his guidance, input and hands on involvement, all the companies are constantly growing and adapting to the changing scenarios in the ever-changing world of business.
Mrs. Alka Khanna
Mrs. Alka Khanna is a second generation paper entrepreneur. Her inputs prove invaluable into the shaping as well as the future growth of PAS.She has been the guiding force in the real estate business development, which has gone from strength to strength.
Mr. Puranjay Khanna
Mr. Puranjay Khanna has graduated from Brunel University UK, and has done his Masters in Global Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from Southampton University in August 2014.He is a third generation paper enthusiast, infusing young blood into PAS Trading house. His knowledge of new management techniques as well as technology is proving to be indispensible to the company.To hone his skills relating to the paper industry, he has been a student of a highly prestigious Paper School. Mr. P. Khanna is zealously driven to take this company to greater heights.
